Organising a team tour for your club or school is a difficult and challenging task. But it is also be rewarding and the benefits of a tour can last for countless seasons. This may be the first time you have ever organised taking a large group on a rugby tour and it may seem daunting; we’re here to help you along the way and help you organise a tour that will benefit your team and always fondly be remembered.

Step 1: Set Clear Goals & Objectives

Going on tour is well and good, but every tour needs a purpose. What do you want to get out of it? By setting clear goals and objectives it ensures that when you come to us, we can best design a tour that will help fulfil those goals and have an excellent tour for your team. Step 2: Pick a Destination

Step 3: Contact Your RTI Adviser

Keeping on top of hotel options, flight prices, transfer quotes, trying to get a fixture and more for your tour is difficult and demanding. Prices change, group numbers go up and down and teams can’t always commit because you don’t have your dates confirmed. Frustrating… we know.
