How to book your team tour

Now that you are ready to book your tour, contact Rugby Travel Ireland by phone (+353 61 624 734), by email (click here) or by filling out the form down below to meet your dedicated adviser. We work with you to give you the best tour for your team’s goals and budget. Your RTI adviser is available to meet with parents, coaches and teachers to answer any questions and outline the itinerary of your tour. In order to efficiently create the right tour for your team, we advise each team to have an idea of the following:

  • Estimate of Numbers Travelling
  • Preferred Type of Accommodation
  • Estimate of Budget per person
  • Types of Activities you want for your team
  • Number of Rugby Session/Fixtures while on tour

From this information your RTI adviser can best advise you on the destination for your team tour and give you a detailed quotation. When you receive your quotation; be aware that flight prices fluctuate over time and your initial deposit (25% of the tour cost) will secure your flights and your final balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
