Airport check-in, aircraft seating, transfers, hotel check-in arrangements, pre-match lunch, weather etc, were perfectly organised and executed.

I thought the trip was very well organised. I took my 14-year-old son on his first away trip, and he loved every minute. We never considered the ticket seat location in the stadium, that was an unbelievable surprise for him when he noticed we were in around the half way line. Very happy young man after his week.
