Being organised before travelling makes the whole process go smoothly and relieves the stresses that travel can cause. Don’t leave essential preparation to the last minute. Follow our list and be prepared for your tour well in advance.
Travel Checklist
- Ensure Passports are in date 3 months from the time of your return
- Ensure any special medical needs are communicated in advance
- Sign a code of conduct and return prior to trip
- Ensure carry on luggage does not exceed the airlines limit
- Travel as light as possible due to above allowance
- Have a copy of your detailed itinerary from your RTI Adviser
- E111 cards and details of any private travel/health insurance

- Have emergency contact details of each member of the group
- Display your name and contact details clearly on luggage items
